If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be and why?
- Nothing in particular actually.

- I would think it will be the same. Better in technology perhaps.

1. Do you take vitamins and if so, what?
- I already stopped taking my prenatal vitamin which is supposed to be taken even after delivery since I breastfeed my son. I got tired of it already.
2. Do you make an effort to eat healthy, or you eat whatever you feel like eating?
- Yes, I do make an effort to eat healthy at the same time I eat what I feel like eating which sometimes aren’t really that good for me health-wise.
3. What two types of food do you have a hard time staying away from?
- Oreo cookies and ice cream
4. What are two food items you refuse to eat?
- Brussels sprouts and I’m not a big fan of certain fruits.
5. Are you pleased with your daily diet or do you think it could be better?
- I am pleased and it could be better. LOL!

First of, let me define
surety bond. Surety bond is a contract by which one party agrees to make good the default or debt of another. Actually, three parties are involved: the principal, who has primary responsibility to perform the obligation (after which the bond becomes void); the surety, the individual with the secondary responsibility of performing the obligation if the principal fails to perform. As stated, commercial bonds guarantee the principal’s performance of an obligation as listed on the bond. This kind of bond includes for example a health club bond in which in some places or states implement. In this type of industry, collecting fees in advance is required. The bond itself protects the consumer from clubs that may fail to follow or carry out a promise or commitment. As I have learned this type of bond is not at all unusual but rather a common one. Therefore, it’s not at all risky like the others. Even if it isn’t high-risk, it isn’t considered low-risk either, thus, appear that its stability is in steady state.

We all didn’t sleep well last night since Casey has colds. It’s the first time for him to have one since he was born. I tell you, it is not easy to have a baby suffering from it. Besides waking up a lot because he could hardly breathe, he has to be picked up and had to be consoled from crying. Every time he woke up last night was like a nightmare. Hubby didn’t sleep well since he did most of the comforting and carrying Casey off the bed just to stop him from wailing. I was too tired and lazy to get up like I couldn’t be bothered with the cry. I wonder how many neighbors had been disturbed from his loud cry. We just couldn’t do anything. Oh well, we just hope he is not going to go through the same suffering tonight. We can only hope. His nose is runny as I can see and stuffy at the same time.

I have said before that hubby inherited his aunt’s condominium unit. We live at least 2-hour drive away from the said condo and we don’t have a plan of moving there just yet. We are thinking to have it renovated and then rent it. For the mean time, we are still in the process of cleaning it out since his aunt’s furniture and other belongings that she left behind are still there. We are looking to have a tag sale next week. After it’s done, we will have it fixed. One thing that we needed first of all though is money. We don’t have the extra finances to put into this project at the mean time. We are thinking about loaning some money from a reputable lender who will understand this kind of concern. The money will be used for the renovation so we can get a better rent when it looks better than what it looks like at present. The upgrades will definitely help us get a higher rent. In the long run, we will get our money back and payback the loan in a timely manner. Anyway, if you are like us who may need

I thought I was catching cold yesterday because I woke up with a light headache. I was thankful it was gone. We went out to return some stuff to a couple of stores and exchanged them with something we like such as the stroller for my son and a handbag that my husband gave me as a present for our anniversary. Yesterday morning though, my son started sneezing and coughing a little bit. Initially, we thought it was just from the cold morning. Later on we found out he was catching cold. Poor kid. He couldn’t sleep well last night so did we. He was hard of breathing and interrupted the whole night. What a night it was!

I don’t understand this page rank thing. I know there are a lot of ways to improve or increase it, but I have other things to do. It takes a lot of hard work to achieve a certain criteria for a blog to reach a rating that is so complicated to understand for the most part. I even lose my motivation to update my blogs for there are several of them already which I can hardly attend to regularly. Oh well, I just have to put up with this system. I just hope I won’t get completely lazy and lose my will to write some posts for the advertisers like the
body shop supplies.
