Sleep Deprivation

I will try to go to bed early tonight. When I say early, I mean before 1 a.m. Every time I get to bed just to put my son to sleep, I will really feel being tired and then I would get up to do more work when I am free as it will be the only chance I could focus on what I wanted to accomplish. What I hate about being able to do so is that when I feel like going to bed and because it’s getting late, that’s when I am past my sleepiness. I couldn’t sleep well and it’s really giving me a headache! Have you experienced it? It sucks, right?
