I didn’t know how much Americans love to grill until I came to the states few years ago. I realized a lot of people spend some holidays grilling. Most families have their own gas grills at the backyard. On holidays like the 4^th of July, grilling is usually preferred along with other favorite cooking preferences.

Barbecues are sure fun to prepare and not to mention the cravings for hamburgers and hot dogs during birthdays and other occasions couldn’t be missed. A lot of people do love “cook-out” as it also brings a different ambiance in a certain occasion. I have been to a cook-out a few times and I love it. We had some corn, burgers and hot dogs, too. Eating out at the backyard while chatting with friends is sure fun and I guess that’s why grilling is loved by a lot besides the smoky flavorful foods that are easy to prepare.
