A New Found Hobby

I’ve been much occupied with other stuff in the past days and the blogging mojo gone a bit astray which is the reason why it’s been days since the last post here. Besides that, I have not been feeling all too well since getting this pollen allergy. I never thought it will be this cumbersome. I thought I was invincible enough. LOL! Anyway, I am tweaking on a photoblog that I wanted to produce anytime soon. I have yet to work on taking photos and do some reading so as to come up with a good start on my new found hobby which is photography, of course. Hehehe.

I have been admiring photos of really good photographers. They make me inspired at starting my own somehow and I wanted to prove to myself that I may have the potential as well, who knows. I think even if you got the most expensive and the latest camera out there it doesn’t mean you can take the most dramatic photos that can say a thousand words each by looking at it, but I would agree in giving due respect on individual’s own creativity. I have to unleash mine along the way. Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps!

Who Needs One?

When I first encountered the term colon cleanse, I didn’t really have an idea what it’s all about. Little did I know that a lot of people get them. I guess the health conscious ones are more familiar with it and it must be very important. As I have read, colon cleansing is sometimes required because over a period of time, toxins become accumulated on the walls of your colon. This creates problems such as constipation and inflammation of colon and can lead to several diseases, even colon cancer. Now, that is educational. I think I need one. LOL!

So, I got what I wanted. Here’s my new toy! I was happy to get it yesterday as scheduled. What now? Having this new addition to my problems is sure overwhelming. LOL! It’s one more thing to get into trouble with when it comes to being techie and all. I tell you, there are a lot of things to learn in order to really make good use of this gadget. I have yet to discover the secret. Oh no, I guess there’s no secret after all. It’s about being determined and getting more practice. I sure hope to explore more though.

Candles Make Great Presents

On Mother’s Day, the hubby got me a scented candle that has a ceramic shade. I don’t know why he thinks I love candles, but it seems to be his favorite last resort gift to buy since I told him he doesn’t have to get me flowers as they will only wither and die I don’t really enjoy them a great deal. LOL! Anyway, I would much enjoy a piece of diamond jewelry (kidding aside). Well, he did get those antique diamond wedding set of rings of his late aunt that he inherited which he asked me to keep. I wanted them to fit on my finger so I can wear them on special occasions. So, that became a practical present I appreciated.

Napping and Waiting

Gosh, wasn’t I too tired I actually fell asleep while resting in bed after putting my son for a nap. Good thing he went to sleep first before I did. I didn’t think I would be napping for over an hour. I almost got disappointed because I am at the same time waiting for a UPS delivery and it needs a signature upon arrival and I thought I missed it after I woke up. I hope it will be here today as expected though and I hope the guy didn’t get lost or something because it’s getting late. LOL!

I am getting so anxious to see what the hubby and I got for me. I can’t believe I made the decision finally few days ago in getting what I have been itching to try as a tool for a new hobby. I have so many things going on in my head on what I can do with it and some possibilities of making something original or inspired by other people’s works. Anyway, I’m patiently waiting for the door bell to buzz right now. I know I didn’t miss anything yet, or have I? I’ll rant about it more later.

Back On Track

I have been quite lazy in the past two days missing some updates here although I was online the whole time. I just didn’t feel like writing anything while some opportunities are pending. LOL! Sometimes you just lost some interest and waste your time at something else. Anyway, I have some assignments to do and deadlines to catch up with. I think I have to work on my other blogs as well. I have to try to get back on track at updating them more seriously so I won’t be sorry later on if I get too passive at giving them attention.

I have been in America for almost 3 years now and I have yet to explore more of the other states one vacation at a time. We live near Boston and I have been there for only a short time. It was only a one day and one night getaway when the hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. That’s why I would love to go back there and see more of the place’s known landmarks. Harvard University would be on top of the list that’s for sure and I would love to see the Boston Red Sox game in Fenway Park.

Things to do in Boston are definitely so many that I can’t think of which would be first on the itinerary when we get there again. Anyway, seeing my favorite baseball team play for real would be my “wildest vacation” as of the meantime. If you have the same one as mine, don’t forget sightseeing tours for your booking needs. They offer tickets to known sightseeing tours in 23 cities across America in prices that couldn’t be beat. They are most of the time discounted which will help you save some money. How good is that? Amazon Orders Are Shipped

I’m glad to have received and e-mail confirmation from Amazon today that the stuff I ordered is shipped. They should get here on the 21st which means I have time to wrap them up as late, late Christmas presents. I have mentioned few days ago, the hubby didn’t attend the family’s Christmas party last year while our son and I were on vacation in my hometown. I have yet to get two more presents though as there are two people in the family that doesn’t have wish lists, I think. I realize it’s really difficult to get something for someone when you aren’t sure of what they will really like to have and will surely gets a good use of. I have got to do some asking perhaps.
