SubscribeI’m glad we finally got what we needed to toilet train our boy. We went shopping yesterday. We went to the Babies R Us to get the potty chair and some pull up diapers. I have yet to read more about training him though. I learned a few things in my previous reading so I need to refresh that information this time.
It was funny because we also got him new toys — a stuffed baseball for a baby that he wouldn’t let go while in the store which makes a nice sound and a new toy cart with steering wheel. It’s a Little People Noah’s ark which I don’t really like when in comes to the color, but that was the only one we found in Toys R Us with the steering wheel that can turn all the way through. I don’t know why the others are not made that way.
Anyway, as soon as we got home Casey just ignored the toys and played with the potty chair instead while I was setting it up for him. I guess that’s what most kids do. You buy your child a new toy but he enjoys the box it came with the better. Not to mention, a child gets tired of toys pretty quickly that’s why a lot of parents do get all kinds of stuff from time to time. Oh life. I am now a parent!
