SubscribeWe had a busy day yesterday. We actually left for New York early in the morning to meet the real estate agent. She had to see the condo we have up for rent. She thinks we did a great job upgrading it and a good choice of the materials put in the place. Hubby’s target rental is not met since the housing market is low and rents are also affected. But, they agreed on the closest number we aimed for. After which, we had lunch at McDonald’s and went back to the condo for a nap. It wasn’t a great one as there isn’t single furniture there at all.
We only had a bath towel and a sarong to lay on that we brought as we planned to go to the pool which we didn’t do. We decided to get ready for hubby’s meeting at 5:30 p.m. and Casey and I just waited. We got home before 10 p.m. I always enjoy that trip which is really not very a long one but we only do once or twice a month to see a family or to do errands. I always look forward to it. Next month in the first week of September, we will be out of town again for a golf tournament we annually volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association in a golf course in Mamaroneck, NY. It will be another great experience. I can’t wait.
