Posted on Sep 29, 2008 under General Living |I have posted previously that our condo is up for rent after some updates in it. It looks nice and ready for move-in, but unfortunately it’s still waiting for tenants. There was someone who was interested but demanded on other additional comfort in it which means adding more money into the work. So, we are still waiting just to meet the price we are asking for rental or else we have to lower it down. Oh well. The housing market is really low and even rents are affected. I wonder if there are more home buyers now than renters. It would be a great time for people to get their mortgage quotes especially it’s ideal to buy a house while the prices are low.
