-The Radio Disney Summer Concert Series finale is scheduled for 2 pm Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the Wildwoods Convention Center Oceanfront Arena with Raven-Symone from Disney Channel’s “That’s so Raven” and the currently showing Walt Disney movie, “College Road Trip” starring Martin Lawrence and Raven-Symone. I’ve actually watched the premiere of the USA Network’s new original series In Plain Sight 30 minutes ago and since I had to put my son to bed, I missed the last half hour of it. But, anyway I kind of like this series and I will make sure next time I will see another episode. Perhaps, I can catch up a repeat sometime if there is one. I can relate to the character of Marshall Mann being played by Frederick Weller. In this series, being Mary’s partner makes it an interesting team since he is the kind of guy who knows a little bit about everything which I would liken to myself.
I may not be a master of a certain field but I for sure know a wee bit of almost anything. I mean, I can do a lot of things that my hubby cannot do on the computer or most people can’t. This skill comes in handy a lot of times especially at home. LOL! I know that’s not the kind of ‘being not limited when it comes to intellectual aspect in life’ describing the character of Marshall, but you get the picture. There are numerous ways that I can relate myself to him and I should say I get comical at times, too.
I’m a big fan of some of the USA Network’s series. It’s a great way to relax sometimes after a hard day’s work. They have quite a few that I really don’t get tired of following each episode. When a new drama is coming like this USA Network’s new original series In Plain Sight, I get really anxious and make sure I am free on its premiere date which is on the 1st of June.
Well, who’s that woman in the photo anyway? That’s Mary and she can be found in the new drama series in USA Network ‘In Plain Sight’ and I’m challenging you to find this photo hidden somewhere in their website. By the way, it’s an all-new crime drama in which Mary McCormack plays as Mary Shannon. She is in Witness Protection Program and lives a double life. I have been in America for almost 3 years now and I have yet to explore more of the other states one vacation at a time. We live near Boston and I have been there for only a short time. It was only a one day and one night getaway when the hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. That’s why I would love to go back there and see more of the place’s known landmarks. Harvard University would be on top of the list that’s for sure and I would love to see the Boston Red Sox game in Fenway Park.
Things to do in Boston are definitely so many that I can’t think of which would be first on the itinerary when we get there again. One of the few sports that I love to watch is Wimbledon. In fairness, I have a few favorite players in the game that somehow push me to watch it besides the liking of the sport itself. Who wouldn’t be interested in watching when you are at the same time learning let alone admiring the hunks and babes of the tournament? To name a couple of my all time favorites among men are Roger Federer and the legendary Andre Agassi. I must admit, although I am jealous of miss pretty Maria Sharapova’s appeal and height she tops my favorite among the ladies singles besides Serena Williams’ potential and mastery of this game as well.
These are the same reasons why getting the Wimbledon tickets to be a must for a big fan, to be certain. How I wish I have all the opportunities in the world to get the chance of getting a seat or two just to witness those great players in the upcoming event. Is there somebody out there willing enough to treat me? Please let me know and I will definitely say ‘yes’ to it. I can only imagine what it’s like to be in the action. I bet it’s worth it.
A second cousin of mine sent me an e-mail containing a link to a particular YouTube video of a Filipina singing I Will Always Love You in BGT(Britain’s Got Talent). I thought for sure it was going to be an embarrassing one for a fellowman who dreams big. To my surprise upon watching the video she is actually doing well and I’m happy for her. I felt a bit sentimental knowing she is not performing at her homeland at all. Being a club singer that she is and as a mother, I hope she achieves her dreams.
