I am not sure how true this is, but it sure is fun to answer random quizzes at Blogthings for the heck of it! I just want to spice up this blog of mine after sometime of keeping it so boring. LOL. Anyway, have fun and and find out how brainiac you are too by answering the same questions. Have a nice one!
| You Are a Total Brainiac |
You’re amazingly brilliant. Some would even say genius. You’re curious, thoughtful, analytical, and confident.
You take on difficult subjects because you want to… not because you have to. No field of knowledge is too complicated or intimidating for you.
You’ve got the brains to do anything you want. It’s possible you end up doing everything you want. |

In my lifetime I have experienced being stuck in a threatening situation with others. When I was little, my 3 cousins and I went trekking at a nearby river. We walked on the side of the little canal that divides the water from the main source or dam so there are basically two waterways, the smaller canal and the big river going separate directions. Anyway, we were little then. We want to go to the dam and see what it’s like. As curious as we were, fear was unavoidable since we have never been there. We decided not to go really far and stopped by at a neighbor and friend’s farm along the way and there we had a treat of fruit trees. The dam is farther and it was almost time to go home so we started heading back or way. In the middle of nowhere, we heard a dog’s bark. My female cousin and I got really scared and our male cousins (they are brothers) were not scared of the dog at all. I was really scared since I just don’t like dogs. I have his certain fear of this so-called man’s best friend. Anyway, to make a long story short, my female cousin and I both were left behind going to a strange direction away from the dog’s barking since we didn’t really see the dog.
We thought he was just guarding someone’s property behind those trees and bushes on the side of the canal. Our male cousins went their way and lost us. They definitely got home ahead of us without even checking where we were. Both my female cousin and I tried to find our way back on track or else we will end up the way we don’t know. We couldn’t call anyone since cell phone wasn’t invented yet. Fortunately, we trusted ourselves that we could get home before dark and calmed down so we could think of the solution. I realized my cousin who was with me was just as fearful as I am when I thought she was a tough girl while I learned that our male cousins were irresponsible for not looking for us before we really got too far. Anyhow, we listened to the dog’s bark again and made it our guide to go back to that direction, but farther from the dog’s way. I got reminded of this story when I saw the trailer of The Mist by Stephen King coming out in November 21st. This is going to be another interesting movie to watch. Everyone’s going to be thrilled about this.

I got this cute pacifier for free. I thought Casey would like it. Since he was born, I never got him a pacifier which most babies are associated with. He only had it for a few days while were in the hospital. He never liked it when I attempted to introduce it to him. I guess he much prefer the real thing.
LOL!
